A new headquarters building for Dunfermline Building Society providing 60,000 sq ft of largely open plan space in two pavilions with a central entrance link.

A suspension structure was adopted to meet the Client's requirement for maximum clear span internal floor plate and careful design allowed the optimisation of natural lighting and ventilation.

The development allows for substantial future expansion within this highly landscaped and attractive site.
