HILTON DUNKELD HOUSE HOTEL, PERTHSHIRE

A comprehensive programme of development and refurbishment of a 19th Century Grade 2 Listed House on the banks of the River Tay in Perthshire, created a 96 bedroom hotel with new bedroom wing and leisure development.
External facilities included new tennis courts and extensive forest walks.

Subsequent refurbishment involved the creation of a new orangery restaurant, new kitchens, lounge bar and meeting rooms.
