Our approach to the Management of Projects is based around a clarity of thought and action, which is designed to establish a user friendly relationship with all of our clients.
The basis for this is that each project is under the ownership of a 'designated' Partner who assumes responsibility and maintains personal contact to ensure appropriate client care at all stages of the Project, through to completion.
A Project Associate supervises the appointed architectural team of appropriately qualified staff allocated to each project to ensure technical proficiency, maintain programme and budget and monitor standards.
The Project Architect will be responsible for the delivery of the project within the above parameters and provides the crucial front-line link between the Contractor, the Design Team and the Client.
This collective and individual ownership of every project means that the transparency of the management process is clear to all concerned.
