This investment in Burnley FC has effects throughout the ground with the main redevelopment of the Fishwick Stand, comprising a 2000 seat auditorium, 80 room luxury hotel, 3000m² exhibition space, office, restaurant, bar, retail and hospitality facilities.

These facilities will create a new hard edge to Burnley Cricket Clubs existing ground and provide them with a new clubhouse, changing and meeting rooms, office space and grounds man accommodation. This new building located between existing football and cricket grounds re-emphasises Burnley as a sports complex for the community.

The scheme has received strong support from the local council as it will increase local facilities and aid in the local regeneration. The addition of club facilities, retail and office space alongside the re-modelling of the main stand allow this work to be carried out over a phased programme. In turn, further future expansion may add additional community/business functions to the site.
