SPORTSPLEX, GLASGOW

This was a competition for a major leisure and residential development in the centre of Glasgow, which involved us working in association with American Architects, Gensier.

The 90,000 sqft development was a unique 3 storey leisure concept including a State of the Art Training Gym, Aerobics Studio, 25m pool, Basketball Court, Kid's Club, Sports Shop and parking.120 New York style apartments over some 20 storeys formed the residential core of the scheme.Although the developer/client was successful in procuring the site, the project failed to materialise.
