Opened in July 2002, this scheme provides a 25m swimming pool, large multi-hall, fitness suite, aerobics studio, crèche, restaurant and full supporting facilities.

A bridge entry gives access to upper ground floor lever with anticipatory views of internal sporting activities and external balconies and terraces offer commanding views over sports pitches and tennis courts below.

The use of traditional materials and sophisticated landscaping has created a striking modern facility of high quality in the surroundings of the Grade A Listed Fettes College.
