As part of proposals to qualify for a Regional Casino licence we were commissioned by The Isle of Capri Casinos to develop a detailed scheme for 10,000m² of casino gaming floor plate, a 200 bedroom hotel and car parking for 1,500.

The development sat adjacent to the KC Stadium, and was designed to enhance the existing facilities while developing the location as a destination venue within the UK.

The scheme was taken up to Planning submission prior to the governments decision on Casino licensing.
