In 1999 the Practice was commissioned to masterplan the City's West Park, a formal Victorian park close to the City Centre. This included a new 25,000 seater stadium, a 12 court Sports Hall and all weather facilities.

Developed from a concept design, the stadium will house Hull's football and rugby league teams as well as providing Community, Education and Conference Facilities for the City.
