HULL STADIUM IN THE PARK COMPLEX

The Miller Partnership was appointed along with Project Managers, Drivers Jonas by Hull City Council in 1999 to prepare a feasibility study into the development of a sports campus within Hull.

The brief ws to accommodate the principal professional City clubs and provide a wider base for community sports and community involvement on a wider basis. Following an appraisal of 18 sites, West Park was selected as the preferred option based on its strategic location and deliverability. The masterplanning of the successful development was carried out by the practice in 2000 prior to implementation of full scheme.
