The full refurbishment of a listed 1930's art deco roadhouse on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

This included renewal of all steel windows in the original style and reinstatement of staircases, balustrades, decoration and lighting to restore the exterior and interiors of this fabulous building to its former glory.
