The stadium is designed as a 20,000 capacity all seated venue suitable for staging a variety of events. The proposal includes a continuous ground-floor concourse that provides maximum flexibility and circulation throughout the stadium, turnstiles grouped in each corner providing easy access to the pitch and stands, as well as easy segregation.

Refreshment bars are sites around the concourse providing an extensive range of fast foods. The hospitality area in the main stand allows a diversity of use, from conference to exhibition, including restaurant facilities.
