The redevelopment of certain parts of the Nestlé Rowntree factory, Haxby Road, York.

The Miller Partnership has been commissioned by the Alps Group to create an overall master plan for the rejuvenation of the site around the within the Nestle Rowntree factory.

The new development with include Commercial and Residential zones, alongside new sports and recreation facilities.
