The scheme here involved the 2 terraced ends of the ground which were developed to provide an aggregate capacity of 14,800.

The Bridgeford Stand required to be modelled to maintain right of light to adjacent residential properties.

The Trent Stand was built on a narrow threshold of land between the pitch and the River Trent and the opportunity was taken to provide hospitality suites for use on both match and non-match days.
