Re-use of a listed 19 th century industrial building, which previously generated steam for the operation of the swing bridge at the dock opening.

Two themed restaurants were formed within the limits of the existing stone façade, and a third within a new conservatory type extension, which had a supplementary terrace dining area.

Work included substantial stone repairs and full cleaning, replacement of windows and doors, new roofs and floors, integration of complex interior design fit-out requirements and new fully independent mechanical and electrical installations.
