The Stadium was designed with the structure expressed, using distinctive mast imagery, referring to Southampton's international maritime status. 

The scheme incorporates high level Boxes and Hospitality Suites, a Premier League Homework Club and Southampton City Training. As part of Southampton City Council's commitment to art in public places, feature glass artwork is incorporated into the Main Entrance space.
